Did you install a device or make a change in Device Manager prior to the issue?

A Code 37 error basically means that the driver installed for the hardware device has failed in some way.

I would suggest you to perform the below methods and check if that helps:

Method 1:Uninstall and reinstall the driver.

Try one more time to reinstall by following the below method:

1. On the device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Uninstall. Follow the instructions.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Open Device Manager, click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes. Follow the instructions.

Method 2: Run the hardware and device troubleshooter

Follow the steps below:

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting.
  3. Under Hardware and Sound, click Configure a device.‌
  4. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Method 3: Run SFC.

Run the sfc /scannow System File Checker command to scan for, and replace if necessary, missing or corrupt Windows files. Refer the below link:
