The WildTangent Web driver is an old, out-of-date driver that was required by several online games--including a couple hosted on MSN.com--to allow the user to play online. Occasionally, you may come across an older game that still requires this driver to be installed, but because it is out of date and no longer supported by its parent company, it may be somewhat difficult for you to find. Fortunately, once you locate the installer file, the process becomes fairly simple.
Step 1
Launch your preferred Web browser and navigate to the WildTangent Web Driver download page (see Resources).
Step 2
Click one of the download links to begin the download process.
Launch the installer file when the download has finished. Click 'Next' three times and then click 'Agree and Install' to begin the automated installation process. When the process is complete, the Web driver will be installed and ready for use.
